How it started
In 1999 Ingrid and Horst started an oil mill operation on their family farm, founded 1953 near Feversham, Ontario. It was our goal to combine know-how with purpose. The choice was logical: Oil mills are part of many generations of Horst’s family heritage near Munich, Bavaria, since 1824 – one now being a historic and much-visited mill museum. Our aim is quality, not quantity, founded on tradition.

We produce all natural cold pressed oils according to approved and modern standards, exclusively within our own control.

Benefits
Flax oil is highest in Omega-3. It is by far the most beneficial oil in todays mix of foods, offsetting negative saturated fats.
Consuming 1-2 tbsp a day will:
